What is Piggy Tales Academy?
Piggy Tales Academy is a monthly kit club that offers a beautiful selection of scrapbook and papercraft supplies. Each monthly kit features 12"x12" patterned paper and a wide variety of embellishments, along with full colored pictures and directions for several layouts and papercraft projects. Each month a new kit is available to subscribed members or as a one time purchase to non-members.

How does the subscription work?
Once you sign up for a subscription you will automatically be billed and sent a kit each month unless you wish to cancel your subscription (see our Cancellation Policy below). Members have the benefit of being guaranteed a kit each month (which generally sell out quickly) at the discounted price of $24.99 per kit --that's 37% off retail price! Subscribed members can view the upcoming kit on the 20th of each month on our website with the option to skip the upcoming kit if preferred (see our Skip Policy below). Kits are also available as a one time purchase for non-members on the 1st of each month for $40.00.

Group Subscriptions
To help save money on shipping costs we offer group subscriptions. All kits are billed to the same person each month and are shipped in the same box. We can ship up to 3 kits in a box. When purchasing your membership select the quantity of kits you would like (up to 3) in your shopping cart and your group rate will be calculated. When will my subscription begin?
Your subscription will begin the month that you join if the current month's kit is still available. If the current month's kit is sold out then your subscription will begin the following month.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard. Please make sure that you notify us if your credit card information changes (expiration date, billing address, etc.). If your credit card declines due to lack of funds or because it has expired you will not receive your monthly kit, and will lose your right to a guaranteed kit. If the kit sells out before we receive your updated information you will not receive the monthly kit. If your card is declined two months in a row your subscription will be cancelled.

When are kits shipped?
Kits are shipped out between the 10th and 15th of the month unless otherwise notified. If you buy a kit as a one-time purchase before the 10th of the month your kit will ship between the 10th and 15th of the month. If it is purchased after the 10th your kit will be shipped within 7 business days.

How are kits shipped?
We ship all kits USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50 for your first kit within the U.S. For 2 kits shipped the cost is $9.00. For 3 kits shipped the cost is $10.50. We can only ship 3 kits at once due to the size of the box used.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! Please see the rates below which are subject to change depending on current shipping rates with USPS. We can combine up to 3 kits at once. If you would like to combine kits please let us know so we can place you on a separate billing cycle. For example, if you would like to have your January, February and March kits shipped together to save on shipping costs we can set up your membership to bill on March 1st then shipped out with the March kits. Your April, May and June kits would then be charged together on April 1st and shipped out with the April kits...and so on. We are flexible, so please contact us if you are interested.

First class rate (4-6 weeks): 1 kit - $11.50, 2 kits - $14.00, 3 kits - not available
Priority rate (6-10 days): 1 kit - $21.00, 2 kits - $24.50, 3 kits - $27.00

Other International rates:
First class rate (4-6 weeks): 1 kit - $18.00, 2 kits - $25.00, 3 kits - not available
Priority rate (6-10 days): 1 kit - $31.00, 2 kits - $34.00, 3 kits - $37.50

When can I preview the upcoming kit?
Kits debut on our website by the 20th of each month prior to shipping. If you are a subscriber you will receive a preview email letting you know when it's available. If you would like to make a one-time purchase kits will be available online on the first of the month if the kit is not sold out.

Skip Policy:
If you would would like to skip the upcoming kit please email us at contact@piggytalesacademy.com and title your email "Skip PTA Kit". All skip requests must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PST on the 25th of each month prior to shipping. For example, if you would like to skip the November kit you would need to send in your skip request by 11:59pm PST on October 25th. In order to keep your subscription active you will be billed $1.00 in place of the regular monthly subscription price of $24.99 + s/h when you skip a kit.

Cancellation Policy:
Our subscriptions are open-ended. If you would like to cancel your membership please email us at contact@piggytalesacademy.com by the 25th of the month prior to shipping the next kit. For example, if you would like to cancel your subscription before the November kit is charged and shipped, you will need to send us an email by 11:59 p.m. PST on October 25th. Subscriptions cancelled after the deadline will be charged for the next kit automatically then cancelled before the next kit cycle.

Return Policy:
Since we post a preview of each upcoming kit we do not offer refunds on kits that have been charged and shipped unless the product is damaged. If you have damaged product please contact us at contact@piggytalesacademy.com within 2 business days of receiving your kit for a replacement.
