When will my kit be shipped?
Kits ship the first week of each month. Delivery time is between 5-10 days.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your credit card will be charged the first day of each month following sign-up.
What do I do if my kit is damaged or missing pieces?
Please contact customer service at contact@piggytalesacademy.com for a replacement.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, your subscription may be cancelled at any time. To cancel please login to your account online and click on "cancel account". If you would like to cancel before the next month's shipment you must cancel online by the 25th of the month prior to shipment. All memberships cancelled after the 25th of the month will need to email contact@piggytalesacademy.com and will be charged a $15 processing fee.
Can I skip a kit?
Yes, however we're sure that you will be very satisfied with each month's kit! Members will receive a kit preview email by the 15th of each month. To skip a kit, login to your account and click on "skip". You will not be able to skip a kit online after the 25th of the month prior to shipment. If you would like to skip a kit after the 25th please email contact@piggytalesacademy.com. All skips after the 25th of the month will be charged a $5 processing fee. Your card will be charged $.01 for each month you skip.
Can I order additional items online to ad to my Piggy Tales Academy Kit?
You can purchase additional items on our website, but you will be charged additional shipping accordingly.
Is Piggy Tales Academy available Internationally?
Piggy Tales Academy is only available to customers in the US and Canada at this time. Canadian members will need to sign up for Piggy Tales Academy by email or phone (not available online). Shipping costs to Canadian customers is $13.00.
